Neuratron Software Activation Instructions

In this guide, we will show you how to download and register your Neuratron software. Follow the sections below to get started.

Register Neuratron activation code
You can register the Neuratron Activation Code with Avid after you create an Avid Master Account. If you already have an account, continue using the same account. You can always reset the login if you forget. Open the Software Activation Instructions email from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer to get your Activation Code. Once registered with Avid, your Neuratron software and its download links will appear on the My Products and Subscriptions page of your Avid Master Account. Follow the steps below to register your Activation Code.
- Copy the Activation Code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer and go to the Avid Activation page.
- Paste the code into the box and click Activate Product.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your product

Download and install Neuratron software
Once you have registered your product with Avid, the downloads are found on the My Products and Subscriptions page. Download times will vary depending on the connection with your internet service provider. Try downloading one at a time for the quickest experience.
- Go to your My Products and Subscriptions page and locate your product. Click Show to see all available product details and download links.
- Download the Neuratron Installer for your operating system.
- Open your Downloads folder and launch the installer files.
Activate with Avid Link
Now that you’ve installed your Neuratron software, you’ll need to activate it using the Avid Link app. Install Avid Link, log in, and then activate it. Follow these steps:
- Download and install the Avid Link app.
- Launch Avid Link and click the Products tab.
- Click menu for Neuratron and select License.
- Select your license and click Use License.
Activate Neuratron software
The last thing you’ll need to do is activate the Neuratron application. It’s a very simple process, so follow these steps to complete the activation.
- Go to your Avid account, and copy the Activation ID.
- Launch the software application, and when prompted, paste the Activation ID.

If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. Regular account terms apply to non-promo purchases and, after promo period ends, to the promo balance. New Accounts as of 07/31/2025: Purchase APR is 34.99%. Penalty APR is 39.99%. The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
