MultiTracks Software Activation Instructions
Getting Started
In this guide, we will show you how to activate and access your MultiTracks software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.
MultiTracks Account
MultiTracks software requires a MultiTracks account. If you already have a MultiTracks account and want to register your new software to that account, please verify the username and login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may choose to create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc…
IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple MultiTracks accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account login.
Either sign in to your existing MultiTracks account or create a new one, then proceed to Activation Code.
Sign in to existing MultiTracks account
- Go to the MultiTracks Login page.
- Enter your current login and click Log in.
- Click your user icon and select Order History.
- Verify your current products are registered to the current account.
Create new MultiTracks account
- Go to the MultiTracks registration page.
- Complete the form and click Create account.
- Sign in using your new login to verify your account.
Activation Code
Sweetwater has emailed you the Activation Code to activate your software. Open the email, find the Activation Code, and follow the steps below to register.
Redeem the Activation Code and continue to download and install Playback.
Redeem Activation Code
- Go to the Live Bundle Activation page.
- Enter your Activation Code and click Apply.
Playback App
MultiTracks software is downloaded from the Playback app.
Download and install Playback
- Go to the Playback page.
- Click your product’s download button compatible with your device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. Regular account terms apply to non-promo purchases and, after promo period ends, to the promo balance. New Accounts as of 07/31/2025: Purchase APR is 34.99%. Penalty APR is 39.99%. The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
