My MOTU MIDI interface keeps coming on with wierd characters and symbols on the display. What can I do?
This is a very rare problem.
Try doing a hard reset first by turning the unit off and holding down the panic button while powering it on.
If this doesn’t help, you might check the internal battery for a good connection- there might be dirt or just a loose connection from shipping. You can remove the chasis screws and carefully remove & reinstall the battery and see if this helps.
