My main output volumes are not the same on my Kurzweil K2000, K2500, or K2600. What can I do? Does it need service?
Before sending it in for service, try doing a hard reset of the Kurzweil.
NOTE: THIS WILL DELETE ALL CUSTOM PROGRAMS, SETUPS, SEQUENCES, AND SETTINGS so please backup anything you don’t want to lose.
Just go to Master mode, press the softbutton RESET, and hit Yes a couple of times. The volume gain settings should be restored to normal and the balance of left to right should be restored again.
If not, you may need to contact Sweetwater Service Department for service.
