Why is the input signal of my Aardvark Direct Pro Q10 or 2496 distorted when I run the line level signal into the XLR inputs?
The XLR inputs are not meant for line-level signals, but only for microphone signals. There is also potential for damage to your equipment, especially if you accidentally turn on phantom power while an XLR line-level signal is hooked up.
