I’ve imported audio files into Digital Performer, and even though I can see the waveform they don’t play.
Be sure you’re driver and audio output are set correctly.
If you have Automatic Conversions turned off, it’s possible that DP will do the conversion to it’s native Sound Designer II file format, but the Sample Rate or Bit Depth may not match your project.
Check the Soundbites window to confirm that your soundbites match your current project settings.
