IMPORTANT: RME Advanced Remote Control Compatibility with Fireface UFX
The RME Advanced Remote Control will not work with a Fireface UFX if it was built before June of 2011. You can check this by serial number. If your Fireface UFX has a serial number below 23241707, it will be incompatible with the Advanced Remote Control unless you send the unit to RME for a factory upgrade. Do note that this upgrade is NOT free.
The Basic Remote has no compatibility issues.
