I’m getting a blue screen error when recording with an Mbox Mini on a PC.
If you get a blue screen error while recording with an Mbox Mini on a PC, it’s likely related to your USB ports.
If your computer has USB 3.0 ports, make sure you have the Mbox Mini plugged into USB 2.0 ports. While USB3 is said to be backward compatible, sometimes audio interfaces become unstable when plugged into a USB3 port.
If that doesn’t work, you may need to update your USB drivers. To do so, go to your computer’s manufacturer website.
