Heavyocity Bundle Activation Instructions

Getting Started

This guide will show you how to activate and access your Heavyocity bundle. To continue, follow the sections below.

Heavyocity Account

An account is required to activate Heavyocity software. If you already have an account, then please verify the login and sign in before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may create another account to distinguish between different locations, personnel, etc.

IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account.  

Sign in with an Existing Heavyocity Account

1. Go to the My Account page.
2. Enter your current login and click Log in.
3. Verify that your current products are registered to the current account.

Create a New Heavyocity Account

1. Go to the My Account page.
2. Click Register Here.
3. Complete the form and click Register.
4. Open your email. Complete the email verification prompt. 
5. Sign in using your new login to verify your account.

Heavyocity Portal

Heavyocity software is downloaded from the Heavyocity Portal app. Many virtual instruments require storage space allocation for their large sound library files. Configure the download and install location for sound libraries to external storage in order to maximize your computer’s internal storage capacity and general performance.

Download and Install Heavyocity Portal

1. Go to the Heavyocity Portal page.
2. Click the download button that is compatible with your computer.
3. Open your Downloads folder and run the installer.
   • PC: Double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
   • Mac: Double-click the .dmg file to open it. Drag and drop the app to the Applications folder.

Configure Heavyocity Portal Settings

1. Open Heavyocity Portal and sign in.
2. Click the user icon. Select Settings.
3. Click the Change Location button and select the preferred storage location.

Native Instruments Account

A Native Instruments account is required to activate your Heavyocity software. If you already have a Native Instruments account and wish to register your new software to it, then please verify the login before continuing any further. If this is your first Native Instruments product, then you will need to create an account before moving forward. In some cases, users may wish to create another account to register their software or to distinguish between multiple studios, computers, accounts, etc.

IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account.  

Sign in with an Existing Native ID

1. Go to the Native Instruments home page.
2. Click the User icon and select Log in.
3. Enter your current login and click Log in
4. Click the user icon. Select My products and serials.
5. Verify that your current products are registered to your current account.   

Create a New Native ID

1. Go to the Native Instruments home page.
2. Click the User icon and select Register Now. 
3. Complete the Create a new Native ID form. Click Create.
4. Log in to the email used to create your account, open the confirmation email from Native Instruments, and click the confirmation link.
5. Your new Native Instruments account has now been created.

Native Access

Native Instruments software is registered, downloaded, and installed with Native Access. If you have already installed Native Access and you have created an account with Native Instruments, then skip this section and scroll down to learn how to register the serial number and install the software. Otherwise, follow these steps to install Native Access on your computer and to set up your account.

Download and Install Native Access

1. Go the Native Access page. Click the download button for your computer.
2. Open your Downloads folder and launch the installer file.
   • PC: Double-click the new .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
   • Mac: Double-click the new .dmg file. In the window that appears, drag the icon to the Applications folder.
3. Open Native Access and sign in.

Configure Native Access Settings

1. Open Native Access and sign in.
2. Click the user icon and select Settings.
3. Click the Change Location button. Select the preferred download and content locations.

Bundle License Registration

Sweetwater has emailed you the license code to activate your software bundle. Open the email, find the code, and follow the steps below to activate it. Once that’s done, you will receive unique activation codes, as well as download and installation instructions for each product included in your bundle.

Enter License Code

1. Go to the Bundle License Registration page.
2. Enter your email address and click Get Registration Link.
3. Open the Bundle License Registration email. Click the Register Bundle link.
4. Enter your license code, complete the form, and click Registration Bundle.
5. The bundle has now been activated. Unique activation codes and download and installation instructions for each product have been sent to your registered email address.

Serial Number

Sweetwater has emailed you the serial number to activate your software. Open the email, find the serial number, and follow the steps below to enter it.

Enter Serial Number

1. Go to the My Account page.
2. Click the Product Registration button.
3. Enter your serial number, complete the form, and click Register.

Download

Heavyocity Portal and Native Access are required for downloading and installing Kontakt Player and Heavyocity libraries.

Download and Install Kontakt Player

1. Open the Native Access app.
2. Click the download/install button for Kontakt 6 Player.
3. Verify the download and content locations for your computer.

Download and Install Heavyocity Libraries

1. Open the Heavyocity Portal app.
2. Click your product’s download/install button.
3. Open the Native Access app.
4. Click your product’s download/install button.
