1.  Launch Maschine, proceed by visualizing hardware
2. Create new project/title project/save project.
   1. Press [FILE/Save].
   2. Press {NEW} to create a new session.
   3. Press [FILE/Save].
   4. Press {SAVE AS}.
   5. Enter the Title of your session and choose the save location. (Documents > NativeInstruments > Maschine 2 > Projects)
3. Add sounds to Group A.
   1. Press [A].
   2. Press [Pad Mode].
   3. Press [Browser].
   4. Turn [Scroll] to select the Category (All Categories, Drums & Perc., Sample Instruments, & Synthesizers).
   5. Press the Scroll to the right to change from Categories to All Products.
   6. Turn [Scroll] to select the Product (Battery, Drum Lab, Maschine, West Africa).
   7. Turn [Encoder 8] to select sound. (Previews are included with the sounds. If you do not hear a preview, try downloading and installing the preview library.)
   8. Press {LOAD} to assign the Sound to Group A: Pad 1.
4. Record a pattern.
   1. Press [ARRANGER].
   2. Pree {PATERN}.
   4. Hold [SHIFT] and press [TAP/Metro] to turn the metronome on or off.
   5. Press [PLAY].
   6. Press [A].
   7. Press [PAD MODE].
   8. Press [KEYBOARD].
   9. Begin to test sounds:
      1. Use [OCTAVE-], [OCTAVE+], [SEMITONE-] and [SEMITONE+] to change register.
      2. Press [PLUG-IN/Instance]
