I get an error (6001) while trying to install Waves on Windows XP.
This is a known issue with the installer. To fix it, go to C: > Program Files > Common Files > InstallShield > Professional > RunTime, and delete the folder called 0701. Empty the Recycle Bin, reboot the computer, and install again.
