In DP4 (4.01), I have MachFive insterted on an Audio (or Aux) track, but I don’t see MachFive as a choice for an output on a MIDI track.
Make sure the Audio (Aux) track has an Ouput AND an Input selected. Although the input on the Audio (Aux) track is not used in this case, MachFive will work properly without an input selected.
