I keep getting a clicking sound when I use my Native Instruments Elektrik Piano in Pro Tools, why?

Early versions of Elektrik Piano are not optimized for use with Pro Tools. This can be fixed by downloading update patch 1.1 R2, from Native Instruments website. It also fixes the following:

Enhanced stability
Enhanced performance in ProTools 6.9 (not optimized for PT 7.x)
-Sweetwater customers have noticed a increased compatibility with Pro Tools 7.0 and 7.1 resulting in better performance. –
Support for Native Instruments Kore
Fix: ± buttons hang or stop working
Fix: pop when switching instruments
Fix: memory display only shows RAM up to 999 MB
Fix: insufficient memory message with more than 2 GB RAM
