How do I change IRQs in Windows 2000?
Windows 2000 by default uses an alternate method of IRQ assignment than Win98 and ME use, ACPI. Changing PCI slots does nothing to change the assigned IRQ of a particular device. There are two fixes for this:
1. If you are installing Windows 2000, during setup, select
2. Reconfigure the ACPI in device manager. Need all drivers ready when reboots
