Why can’t I register my copy of Jam on Roxio’s website?
If you got Jam 6 as part of a bundle with Peak 4, you do not need to register Jam on Roxio’s website. When you register Peak 4 with BIAS, your copy of Jam is also automatically registered to you in the BIAS registration database. If your copy of Jam came with Peak 4, you can contact BIAS Tech Support for any issues regarding the Jam software. To register your copy of Peak and Jam, you can go to this URL:
