Why can’t my Kurzweil K2000 read the new Piano CD V3 (in ISO 9660 (PC-compatable) format – format)?
Make sure you have the latest OS loaded on your K2000, version 3.87. Previous versions may not read the CD at all. The OS is not software-upgradable but is upgradable via a chip. Contact your sales engineer at Sweetwater to talk about OS upgrade prices.
