The built-in speaker on the Zoom H1 seems pretty quiet. Is there something I can do.
In order for the H1 to be so light and small, the speaker and amplifier components also have to be compact. It is good for listening to playback to verify you’ve gotten a recording, but won’t get super-loud.
If you need to listen more closely (with more volume), connect a pair of headphones. You could also connect computer speakers (commonly with 3 mm stereo tracks) to that headphone jack.
