BoxCast Software Activation Instructions
Getting Started
This guide will show you how to activate and access your BoxCast subscription and software. Follow each section below and skip any parts that are not applicable to you.
BoxCast Account
An account is required to activate BoxCast software. If you already have an account or started a free trial, please verify your login and sign in before proceeding.
IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account.
Sign in with an existing BoxCast account
- Go to the BoxCast website.
- Click Log In, enter your current login, and then click Log In.
- Click on the Settings menu and verify that the current account is correct.
Create a new BoxCast account
- Go to the BoxCast Signup page.
- Complete the form and click Create Account.
- Open your email and complete the email verification prompt.
- Sign in using your new login to verify your account.
Activation Code
Sweetwater has emailed you the Activation Code to activate your subscription. Open the email, find the Activation Code, and follow the steps below to redeem it.
Enter Activation Code
- Go to the Activation Code page.
- Enter your Activation Code and click Apply Code.
- Complete the on-screen prompts:
- Add a payment method for renewals.
- Sign the User Agreement for Streaming Plans.
Spark Encoder
BoxCast Spark Encoders are registered from your BoxCast account.
Register Spark Encoder
- Go to the Registration page.
- Enter your Spark’s Serial Number and then click Register.
