Bank changes don’t respond properly from and external sequencer or controller
The global bank change type on the Karma defaults to a General MIDI type of message. This needs to be changed to receive “Korg” style messages. Here’s how to do that.
1. Press the Global button
2. Press MENU
3. Press F1
4. Press F8
5. Pres F2
6. Look for Bank Change status… you should see GM2 on the screen. Change this to “KORG”
7. Press F8 to save global settings.
