My Axiom doesn’t seem to trigger notes with all the keys. Some keys don’t, some do. Some of the trigger pads play notes too.

In many cases, having the wrong factory or user preset recalled may exhibit unexpected behavior. Try recalling factory preset #1 (GM).

For the 49 and 61 note versions

1) Press RECALL
2) Press the number 1

For 25 note versions

1) Press the ADVANCED button
2) Press RECALL
3) Enter the number 1
4) Press Enter.
