Why does my Apogee Big Ben show that my devices are not terminated? Will it still work?

Yes, it should work just fine, it is simply letting you know the device you’re hooking to it does not use the industry-standard 75 ohm termination. Devices like the L1 compressor and some MOTU audio interfaces uses 110 ohms. Nonstandard termination should not cause any problems, again, it is just letting you know that it is non-standard. It does not mean that your word clock is any less reliable or accurate at all.
