AIR inMusic Software Activation Instructions
Getting Started
In this guide, we will show you how to activate and access your AIR software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.

AIR Account
AIR software requires an inMusic Profile. If you already have an inMusic Profile and want to register your new software to that account, please verify the username and login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may choose to create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc…
IMPORTANT!
Do not create multiple inMusic Profiles if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account login.
Either log in to your current inMusic Profile or create a new one, then proceed to inMusic Software Center.
Log in to current inMusic Profile
- Go to the inMusic Profile page.
- Enter your current login and click Sign In.
- Verify your current products are registered to the current account.
Create new inMusic Profile
- Go to the inMusic Profile page.
- Click Create Account.
- Complete the form and click Create account.
- Sign in using your new login to verify your account.
inMusic Software Center
AIR software is downloaded from the inMusic Software Center app. Many virtual instruments require storage space allocation for their large sound library files. Configure the download and install location for sound libraries to external storage to maximize your computer’s internal storage capacity and general performance.
Download and install inMusic Software Center and then continue to Plugivery Account.
Download and install inMusic Software Center
- Go to the inMusic Software Center page.
- Click the download button compatible with your computer.
- Open your Downloads folder and run the installer:
- PC: Double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Mac: Double-click the .zip file to open it. In the new folder, drag and drop the app to the Applications folder.
Plugivery Account
AIR software also requires a Plugivery account. If you already have a Plugivery account and want to register your new software to that account, please verify the username and login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may choose to create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc…

Either log in to your current Plugivery account or create a new one, then proceed to Redeem Code and Serial Number.
Log in to current Plugivery account
- Go to the My Plugivery Manager page and click Connect.
- Enter your current login and click Sign-in to My Plugivery Manager.
- Verify your current products are registered to the current account.
Create new Plugivery account
- Go to the My Plugivery Manager page and click Connect.
- Click Create my Account.
- Complete the form and click Create My Account.
- Sign in using your new login to verify your account.
Redeem Code and Serial Number
Sweetwater has emailed you the Redeem Code for your software. Open the email, find the Redeem Code, and then follow the steps below to redeem it with Plugivery. Once done you will receive a Serial Number, which is activated in the inMusic Software Center app.
Enter the Redeem Code, activate the Serial Number, and then continue to Download and Install.
Enter Redeem Code
- Go to the My Plugivery Manager page and click Connect.
- Enter your current login and click Sign-in to My Plugivery Manager.
- Go to the Redeem Code page.
- Enter your Redeem Code and click Next Step.
- Complete the form and click Proceed.
- Your Serial Number will be delivered to the registered email address.
Activate Serial Number
- Open inMusic Software Center app.
- Log in with your inMusic Profile.
- Click Add Product and select Software.
- Enter your Serial Number and click Add.
Download and Install
AIR software is managed from the inMusic Software Center app. From there you can enter the Serial Number to activate your software. Once completed the software is officially added to your inMusic Profile and can be downloaded and installed from the inMusic Software Center.
Download and install software
- Open inMusic Software Center app.
- Log in with your inMusic Profile.
- Click your product’s Download button.
- Click your product’s Install button.

If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. Regular account terms apply to non-promo purchases and, after promo period ends, to the promo balance. New Accounts as of 07/31/2025: Purchase APR is 34.99%. Penalty APR is 39.99%. The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
