ACE Studio Software Activation Instructions
Getting Started
This guide will show you how to access and activate ACE Studio software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.
1. ACE Studio Account
An account is required to activate ACE Studio software. If you already have an account to register your new software with, please verify the login and sign in before proceeding. In some cases, users may wish to create another account to distinguish between multiple studios, computers, accounts, etc…
IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the current account and login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account.
Sign in with an existing ACE Studio account
- Go to the ACE Studio website.
- Click “Log in with Email”, enter your current login, and click “Continue”.
- Click “Manage subscriptions” to view licenses and subscriptions.
- Verify that your current products are registered to the current account.
Create a new ACE Studio account
- Go to the ACE Studio website.
- Click “Sign up”.
- Complete the form and click “Sign up with Email”.
- Open your email and complete the email verification prompt.
- Sign in using your new login to verify your account.
- (Optional) You are prompted to download ACE Studio for macOS or Windows immediately after verifying your account.
2. Voucher Code
Sweetwater has emailed you the Voucher Code to activate your software. Open the email, find the Voucher Code, and follow the steps below to redeem it.
Enter Voucher Code
- Go to the Redeem Membership page.
- Enter your Voucher Code and click “Redeem Membership”.
3. Download & Installation
ACE Studio software is downloaded from their Download page.
Download and install ACE Studio software
- Go to the Download page.
- Click the download button compatible with your computer.
- Open your downloads folder and launch the installer:
- Windows: Double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- macOS: Double-click the .dmg file to open it. Double-click the “AceStudioOnlineInstaller” file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Launch the ACE Studio app and sign in.

If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. Regular account terms apply to non-promo purchases and, after promo period ends, to the promo balance. New Accounts as of 07/31/2025: Purchase APR is 34.99%. Penalty APR is 39.99%. The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
