I’m getting -1327 error messages that say “Invalid drive F” when I try to install my iLok driver. What can I do?
In several instances this was encounted by customers running on Windows laptops who had firewire hard drives that were daisy-chained with a firewire interface. It was resolved by removing the external hard drive and running the iLok installer with only the interface connected. Then after rebooting the computer, reconnecting the hard drive to the interface.
