Vintage-inspired Metal Tenor Sax Mouthpiece
For over a century, saxophone players have borne witness to the legendary sound of Otto Link mouthpieces, including the likes of John Coltrane, Stan Getz, and Michael Brecker. And in commemoration of their 90th anniversary, the expert makers at jj Babbitt introduced the Vintage Otto Link mouthpiece to recapture the legendary “Link Sound” of their early models. Changes and refinements were made to the body shape, bore, baffle, side rails, and tuning to deliver the ultimate vintage sound. In short, no stone was left unturned to make this mouthpiece as vintage feeling and sounding as possible. Saxophonists here at Sweetwater are in absolute awe of the results — we’re sure you will be, too!
