A versatile and great sounding Wah Pedal

The Wahzoo has been around for a while. I purchased this pedal because it was rated highly by others, but mostly because of its versatile options/settings. It has an auto wah that interacts with the treadle and works brilliantly, giving the user assistance and control over the tone by working the treadle gently. Perfect for a player like me who has some trouble getting the oohs and wahs to come out in just the right places. Then there's the knob setting that turns it into a sort of Z Vex seek-Wah (if your familiar with these). Finally a straight Clyde classic setting. Each setting is simple to get at and work with. Best of all, it is built like a tank and sounds wonderful!

Okay so i've tried quite a number of Wah pedals not the least of which is the famous dunlop crybaby. Also vox, signature series (i.e. "slash edition" as if that really makes a difference i highly doubt slash uses it :) anyhow i just tested this baby out on a 25 year old solid state piece of junk amp. first off there is a bypass stomp so we all know how wah's change (for worse) the tone of our guitars. Well forget about having to mess with that crap just bypass when its not time to get funky. There are also about 3 different types of wah i am no expert in this but I can attest that its a blast to play with it (i prefer vintage setting autowah is also great). Actually they all rule. As of yesterday I was never satisfied with wah i.e. hendrix playing voodoo child for example. granted he used just a cheap wah pedal from the video on youtube yet this voodoo labs Wah pedal really gives so much more to work with in your recordings or gigs. Its simply the BEST that they make. Don't waste money just go with this.cheers guys.

Love this thing!!

I think I've tried pretty much every wah pedal out there, and this one is the absolute best! Great sweep, fluid movement, great tone, and built solid as a ROCK!!!!!

STOP! READ! This IS the Wha-Wha pedal you've been looking for!

Talk about the "WOW Factor"... I've been a Dunlop Cry Baby diehard for 20 years. No one or nothing could persuade me to go with another wha-wha pedal... until the day my tender foot came into contact with the "Wahzoo" by Voodoo Lab. I tried other wah's and almost - almost - went in for the Clyde Deluxe by Fulltone, but after fiddling about with the Wahzoo, my mind was made up. The main thing that kept me from going to a Wahzoo in the first place was the price tag, and believe me, this is an EXPENSIVE pedal, but once I put foot to treadle, I knew I could never live without it. So... I bought one and listen - I truly cannot live without the Wahzoo. I'm a serious Blues man, and no other crying shame pedal will ever suffice. I use this gorgeous (albeit, expensive) pedal with my favorite overdrive and delay, and man - I'm as close to heaven as I may ever be. This pedal has an autowah that is out of town and a step wah that has given me options that I never before thought were possible. Have I told you yet how much I LOVE this pedal?
