Thorus is designed with a variable 8-voice architecture: choose two voices for the clearest, most pronounced modulation, or crank it all the way to eight for increased blur and a huge, lush, immersive effect. Powerful interface for quick, spectacular results The Thorus user interface is fast and very effective - and at Sweetwater, we appreciate that. A simple click-drag in the visualizer, for instance, lets you boost or attenuate highs, filter lows to tighten up the bass, or top your sonic layer cake with harmonic frosting to make it sit proud in your mix. Thorus sports two modes you can toggle between for instant gratification: Standard is a typical stereo soundstage, while Wide gives you an expanded sound field that's quite dramatic. Speed and Depth controls let you tweak your modulation effects intuitively and confidently to achieve stunning results quickly.
