The Most Powerful TimeLine Yet
The Strymon TimeLine MX takes everything that made the original TimeLine a studio and stage standard and pushes it further with more power and enhanced versatility. The TimeLine MX multi-delay workstation packs 11 delay engines, an all-new reverb engine, and a five-minute stereo looper into a single stage-ready box, complete with intuitive, dynamic controls to shape your sounds. Its standout upgrade is dual-engine operation, letting you run two effects at once and route them in series, parallel, or split configurations with independent stereo panning. Now you can pair a tape echo with a shimmering reverb, stack two delays into something entirely new, and further sculpt your sound with global Swell and Duck functionality and a panel of model-specific controls. From pristine digital repeats to blooming, granular textures, the TimeLine MX covers an enormous range of sound while keeping real-time control right at your feet.

Twelve engines, endless routing
At the heart of the TimeLine MX workstation are 12 fully independent engines, each with its own character and dedicated controls. Alongside tape, bucket-brigade, oil can, and early digital delays sit deeper, more experimental options, such as the Spectral engine, which offers a granular playground with pitch, reverse, time-stretch, and filter effects, and the Multitap engine, which gives you eight individual taps with per-tap control over panning, level, feedback, and filtering.
New to the MX is a full-range reverb engine, capable of tight room reverberation, vast ambient washes, and everything in between. This engine is complete with a Grit control and optional tremolo modulation inspired by Strymon’s Flint. With dual-engine operation, any two engines can run simultaneously, and a global Swell and Duck function is available across all engines, bestowing blooms and breath around your playing.

A five-minute looper, built in
The TimeLine MX’s onboard stereo looper is a serious upgrade over the original, offering a full five minutes of recording time. The dynamic feature operates in instantly switchable multi- and single-button modes. You can also place the looper before or after your delay effects in the signal chain, giving you control over whether your loops feed the delays or sit cleanly on top of them. Whether you’re building layered arrangements onstage, workshopping melodies and harmonies in the studio, or experimenting with ambient sound design, the TimeLine provides the intuitive tools you need to fully immerse yourself in your creative process.
