AIR engineered The Riser with optimized tools for designing killer transitions. There are three continuously variable oscillators - Sweep, Noise, and Chord - each with a dedicated filter send and graphical parameter display. Sweep determines the progression and direction of your transition (i.e., falls, rises, stops, and swells). The Noise oscillator provides volume, shape, and pitch controls for infusing texture into your transitions. Think bite, hiss, grit, and punch. The Chord oscillator takes you into uncharted creative vistas. You can hitch The Riser's sonic structure to the key of the music - or a contrasting key - and blend to taste.

The Riser's three low-frequency oscillators serve up the modulation for your transitions. The first LFO is tempo-synced and works in conjunction with the tempo you've set in your DAW. LFO 2 is free-running. The third LFO is the Pumper effect that modulates synthesis with dynamics control in coordination with track tempo.
