4-channel DSP Mixer with ToneMatch Digital Output

Add up to four mic/line channels and rich stereo DSP to your ToneMatch port-equipped Bose speaker system* with the Bose T4S ToneMatch Mixer from Sweetwater. No external power is required — the T4S is powered by the ToneMatch port and included EtherCon cable.

As a mixer, the 4-channel T4S is beautifully laid out, with dedicated knobs for levels, mutes, and ToneMatch presets rather than endless menus — which makes it great for performers coming from an analog mixer environment. But the real magic behind the T4S lies in its ToneMatch technology and no-compromises DSP. Just tell the mixer which microphone you're using or what kind of guitar you have plugged into it, and the T4S optimizes sound for you on the spot. Performers can further customize their tone using channel-independent compressors, gates, EQs, and even a tap-tempo delay.

* Includes the Bose L1 Model II and L1 Model 1S speaker systems

Hundreds of sonic refinements — instantly

The ToneMatch audio engine puts Bose's largest library of customized presets at your command. These ToneMatch presets instantly optimize instruments at the touch of a button. Different presets can be independently assigned to each of the engine's four channels. For example, select exact mic presets for the microphones you're using on channels 1 and 2, your guitar model for channel 3, and your bass model for channel 4 — all at the same time. Bose's engineers often work with manufacturers directly to expand the ToneMatch preset library, and updates are available to you free with easy downloading via the built-in USB port.

Intelligent EQ and effects

Fine-tune your sound system with greater accuracy using Bose's intelligent zEQ system. It redefines low, mid, and high ranges for each ToneMatch preset. When you need to cut or boost specific frequency ranges for different instruments and mics, zEQ gives you the power. Globally assign one of five different reverbs to each mic/line channel. You can also choose from three delay types, 10 additional effects, and seven dynamics processors — and assign them independently to each channel.

Easy live streaming

Additionally, the Bose T4S's built-in USB output allows you to stream your audio directly to social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Connect the T4 to your Mac or PC and you can access studio-quality preamps, phantom power, and effects. Finally, the 6-band master EQ helps compensate for the ambient acoustics around you.

Magnetic mixer cover

For protection and peace of mind, the T4S ToneMatch Mixer includes a magnetic cover. This feature both preserves levels from gig to gig and protects your T4S from damage on the road or at the show.

Bose T4S and T8S: which mixer is right for me?

The biggest differences between these mixers are the number of onboard channels and the ways in which they interface with your sound system. Don't hesitate to reach out to your Sweetwater Sales Engineer with further questions.

Bose T4S Mixer
FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!
Excellent!
I use this to practice with, and it is just as impressive today as when I bought it a little more than three years ago. It's too small for my traveling needs, but it is fantastic for practicing when paired with a Bose L1 Compact. I'm very happy with this purchase and would feel very comfortable buying another if anything happened to the original.

Still learning this new mixer but so far so good

A Must Have…
This is not your standard run of the mill mixer. The effects and EQ adjustments are impressive. You can dial in whatever vocal and guitar tone you desire. Also, have a Master Volume control for your PA is a big plus. As a solo/acoustic performer I couldn't be happier with the sound I'm getting from my Bose L1 Pro16 paired with the T4S.
One of the best purchases I have ever made
I bought the Bose T4S a couple years ago when I bought my L1 Model II powered speakers. I also now use it with my Bose 812 F1 speakers. I do acoustic shows and use a Takamine Pro 7 Guitar with a Boomerang looper synched with a beat buddy. The T4S is the engine that drives my sound. This little tiny board that is soooo deceptive because it is loaded with fantastic technology that's easy to use. I absolutely love it. I have never had a problem with this mixer. I have used it in many many shows both indoors and outdoors and It sounds great every time. For someone who does acoustic shows where you only need three to four channels it is perfect. I cannot tell you how many people have come up to me screaming over the sound. That is because of the clarity of the sound. I use a Crown CM311a headset mic and it sounds great with my vocal as well as when I speak thru it talking to the audience. Using all Bose high quality sound products for the mixer and speakers has made a huge difference in the sound quality of my shows. I have never regretted purchasing this mixer and would do it again in a heartbeat. It is worth every dollar you invest.
