Great speaker!!!

I'm running these speakers in a 4x12 cabinet. I already had a set of Delta 12 A's in the cab so, I just added the Swamp Thangs . Well, I can say these speakers are beasts! They paired up well with the Delta's and the combination made my Crate Blue Voodoo 60 sound beefy as F&$@!!!! Oh, and the clean Chanel just sparkles now. I feel the best quality is, on both channels I can now hear every note, and have so much more control of the shape of my tone. No more sounding like I'm playing though mud when I drop tune! I play a multitude of styles of music and these speakers excel with anything I've played through them. Don't forget they're loud! So for me, that means I don't have to push my amp as hard. Save those tubes! Totally worth the investment

Eminence Swamp Thang 12" 150 watt 8 Ohms Speaker

I was totally impressed with the improvement in my sound, the clarity the power I feel the floor vibrate! I'm convinced this was the best replacement for my Fender Blues Deluxe I would highly recommended it.

U gatta get it!

I waited 3 month and put it through the paces of rehearsals and gigs. I installed it on my solid state Fender Champion 40 which I use for all my gigs and rehearsals and removed my WGS(not a bad speaker) that was on it. I only use the clean channel of this amp and use my Boss OD3 or few of the overdrives of my ME-80. I play in two bands, first band is Alt-Rock/Hard Rock my 2nd Band is into Funk,Jazz Groove Fusion,Gospel. The Eminence Swamp Thang does it all with ease and with great dynamics weather its clean or overdrive distortion. Its frequency friendly, blends well without getting lost in the mix as well as easy to mic. I am now thinking of purchasing another Fender champion 40 and another Eminence Swamp Thang to run my live and rehearsal set up in stereo. Yes! its that good and it sure does give my solid state amp some warmth and clarity at band level or bedroom practice level.Technology these days with amps, speakers, floor pedal processors are getting insanely really good I've been playing 25+yrs and 18 yrs of it is mostly live. I've had too many gears in my years of playing to name, just get the Eminence ST...

Perfect replacement

I bought this for a 1x12 combo amp. It has a very warm and smooth tone. I can't imagine what four of these would sound like!!
