Supercharge Your Stage Power

Solo performers, singer/songwriters, and outside-the-box musicians — identifying with any of these makes you a prime candidate for the NUX Stageman Floor. This multimode preamp pedal blends high-quality analog circuitry with powerful digital Chorus, Reverb, and Freeze effects, alongside a built-in looper and a suite of sonic-contouring controls. Its highly responsive 3-band EQ is supplemented by a dedicated toggle to instantly scoop your midrange frequencies, while the onboard Notch filter and Gain control let you harness the high-headroom naturality of organic sounds, keeping every detail intact. For Sweetwater’s acoustic guitarists, the Stageman Floor has transformed their live shows — they are quick to praise the pedal’s pliability and performance-friendly interface. But the most impactful feature is the dedicated audio-input toggle that allows you to instantly flip between configurations that accommodate magnetic or piezo pickups. Plus, the 3-pin and 1/4-inch audio outputs accommodate DI and balanced-XLR connections, respectively, while an effects Insert connection lets you include near-limitless external processing and effects tools, making the NUX Stageman Floor the ultimate one-stop shop for seamless studio-to-stage practicing, jamming, and recording.

NUX Stageman Floor Features:

  • Multimode preamp pedal designed with all-encompassing practice, performance, studio, and stage tools that are perfect for solo performers
  • Built-in Chorus, Reverb, and Freeze effects let you sculpt and shape your spatial sonics to suit your style
  • 3-band EQ features a mid-frequency toggle for instantly scooping mids from your mix
  • Notch filter and Input gain controls allow you to hone your headroom to maximize organic, natural sound
  • Dedicated audio-input switch supports both Magnetic and Piezo pickup-processing to accommodate multiple performance and recording instrumental configurations
  • 3-pin XLR DI output, 1/4-in. audio output, and 3.5mm headphone output ensure recording, monitoring, mixing, and interoperative integration are seamlessly achieved
  • Onboard looper augments creative capabilities for practicing, composing, performing, and more
  • Insert 1/4-in. input makes easy work of including further external effects and processing

Reviews

Love this pedal
Nick at Sweetwater suggested this pedal to me. I run my Taylor 316CE through it. I love the notch filter, the ground lift, and the scoop switch in the preamp. With minimum eq, a bit of chorus (could be better) and some verb, and my guitar really wakes up! Our engineer does nothing to my sound for the system, he just runs me flat (no boost, minimal gain, nothing), we'll accept adjust levels with the team.

The looper isn't very useful for me. I have a dedicated looper if I need one.

I had never heard of NUX, and it wasn't what I was looking for, but it was what I needed and I'm glad I bought it. It's the only pedal I run. Thanks Nick!

A note to NUX, it would be great if it had a battery, or at least ship with a power supply/power chord.

Good EQ
Been using this for mandolin and octave mandolin for a month now. It does a good job with passive pickups. The eq is really straight forward and useful. The chorus is ok. It adds a small amount of color, but not like a Boss chorus. I tried the looper and for me it was awkward. Since I have a Ditto looper already on my board, I have no need. Wish it had a battery option, but the EQ to me makes this a good buy.
