Begin with the Analysis Engine
SpecOps begins by splitting your audio into thousands of “bins” for real-time processing. While you can apply processing to every bin simultaneously, where SpecOps shines is its ability to add up to three spectral effects simultaneously, each affecting a different, independently adjustable frequency band. Then, the Spectral Compander lets you compress or expand these processed bins however you’d like, with simple controls that make it effortless to create gnarly effects in no time.
Customize the Modulation System
SpecOps’ Modulation System features a robust 16-step sequencer, four different LFOs, sample and hold noise, and more. The ability to map any of these modulators to any control knob or fader makes for an excellent custom workflow, and there’s even support for ROLI Blocks Lightpad.
