It gives a great grip and has a great Bee

I used to think I wanted long and skinny sticks. These are short and fat and I think they might be my new favorite.

Great double strokes, fat rim clicks. Very controllable all around. They feel top notch in the hand.

I normally spend a long time picking out sticks, but haven't been able to with covid. Sweetwater sent me a good pair though.

I'll be buying more soon.

I started playing the Jojo Mayer sticks a few years ago initially to see what the ruckus was with a shorter stick. Now I can't get comfortable with any other. The features are a shorter, lighter, but stout stick and a medium sized accord tip. I play V-Drums due to recurring bouts of tinnitus and I literally have the first pair that I bought. The white has turned to eggshell a bit but there's no chipping of the tip or chipping away in shoulder. V-Drums aren't chrome & bronze, but they aren't play-doh either...these sticks are made to throw everything you've got at them, just take a look at JoJo's stress test. The immediate results for me were smoother rolls off the bat (something that I noticed in the first recording after switching), ease in playing fast ride patterns, and zero fatigue with long rehearsals & recording sessions. This is definitely one stick that has something to offer...retain your power, save the wear & tear on your wrists & forearms. Don't thank me, thank Jojo.
