Designed with pro-level commercial installations in mind, the Powersoft Prima 164 delivers flexible power for systems that already have upstream processing electronics in place. Delivering 160 watts of total output, this 4-channel amplifier includes Power Sharing across all channels, providing the flexibility you need to support different system configurations and applications. Auto Setup detects the connected load and seamlessly sets the correct output mode, streamlining high-impedance and low-impedance configuration for each channel and simplifying commissioning. Additionally, the DSP-driven Prima 164 features two Low Power modes, Eco and Auto Standby, reducing power consumption whenever a signal isn’t present, and then waking automatically when it detects a signal on any channel. You also get remote standby via GPI, ensuring simplified system integration and automation. Finally, per-channel Gain Level trimmers, reinforced by front- and rear-panel LEDs, provide local adjustment and monitoring of the amplifier’s operating status and channel status. Boasting a convenient half-rack form factor with multiple mounting options, the Prima 164 offers installers a highly adaptable way to power high-end commercial sound systems.
