Reviews

My Core Sound
It's very difficult to describe tones in mere words. The Pantheon is crisp, lean & mean, yet as smooth and refined as you need. The Presence knob makes it work with anything. I like to run it at low gain for a character-building clean boost & before a fuzz to get more string definition for soloing. I never turn it off. It is my core sound.
This is a real masterpiece of a pedal. I love it so much that I bought the Deluxe version for my studio board. A modern classic.

Wampler Dirt is Good Dirt
Received this pedal yesterday and am blown away. I have lots of great pedals but I think this will find a permanent place on my board. I've been a fan of Wampler pedals for quite awhile. But this is next level. 3 different gain stages and 3 overdrive voices makes it fit any guitar and amp combo. And, I'm quite sure it will fit in any track. I will be doing a session later today and I'll find out. I haven't been this excited in a pedal in a long time.

I've used a number of overdrive pedals, such as the Blues Driver, but this Wampler is the holy grail for me, just a touch of breakup and a shimmering sort of effect.
Very versatile, different gain settings, voices, presence--you can dial it in wherever you want it.
Came to me under uncommon circumstances… but wow.
Firstly, full disclosure. I didn't buy this at Sweetwater. This came to me in a lot of gear that I purchased; slightly used and like new.
I didn't know anything about it, but I typically have some TS family/type overdrive in front of my tube amps or preamps. Just for some grease. This thing surprised me. Kinda began creeping into my rig more and more predominantly, knocking out Plumes, TS9's, OCD, Fulldrive, SD-1, DS-1, Blues Driver, a buncha Joyo cheap stuff for laughs and probably some other things I can't remember. Great clipping, super musical EQ and relatively quiet until you hit bonkers levels.

I would call this pedal a "sleeper" but apparently everyone already knew about it before me.

Awesome

I've always been a fan of the Bluesbreaker style circuit, but I knew I needed this pedal when I found out it would have all the classic overdrive sounds, but also the hard clipping sounds found on some of the higher end boutique versions. The presence control allows me to dial in my sound quickly, no matter what amp I'm using.
