A Modular MIDI Sequencer for Your DAW
Taking inspiration from DIY Eurorack modules and hardware sequencers, Sugar Bytes Nest offers synthesists and sound designers an innovative way to sequence their virtual instruments and hardware synths from their DAW. Nest is composed of 20 discrete modules that you can combine in nearly limitless ways via virtual patch cables, and it's organized into two pages: Wire and Sound. The Wire page displays Nest’s numerous patch points; the Sound page gives you access to Nest’s 8 voice slots, which you can assign to four channels to trigger internal sounds, virtual instruments, or hardware synths over MIDI. Electronic music producers at Sweetwater have found that Nest supercharges their creative process by encouraging freewheeling experimentation. Plus, it provides an accessible platform for learning the ins and outs of modular sequencing without having to invest in costly hardware units and Eurorack modules. Enjoy a whole new way of generating compelling sequences with the Nest modular sequencer plug-in from Sugar Bytes!
