High-class Condenser Versatility

The NT1 Signature Series microphone represents the pinnacle of Rode's iconic NT1 design, thoughtfully constructed and reasonably priced to fit the likes of any level studio environment. Its traditional large-diaphragm cardioid design is a coveted quality among a range of musicians, vocalists, and content creators. Further, an emphasis on low noise guarantees solid, versatile performance on any project. Bass-heavy vocals and high-end instrument tones are no threat to the NT1's wide 20Hz to 20kHz frequency range, ensuring crystalline occupancy over the entire audial spectrum. To top everything off, the NT1 Signature Series microphone includes an SM6 combination shockmount and pop filter, plus a 6-meter XLR cable for instant utility! If you're looking for a reliable, time-trusted microphone option at a fantastic price, look no further than the NT1 Signature Series microphone from Rode.

Proprietary NT1 signal delivery

Sweetwater recording pros were happy to discover that Rode took no shortcuts when designing the NT1 Signature Series condenser microphone. A familiar 1-inch large-diaphragm HF6 condenser capsule with a cardioid polar pattern ensures the rich tonal qualities expected of a traditional NT1 microphone. Moreover, 4dBA of A-weighted equivalent noise means you'll have little to no interruptions in any signal path, keeping your recordings clear and consistent in any studio environment. A 20Hz to 20kHz frequency range and high SPL handling top off the NT1 Signature Series' sound construction to present wide-reaching audio capture with an extremely dynamic range. If you're familiar with Rode's iconic NT1 sound, you'll be right at home with an NT1 Signature Series microphone in your setup.

Bundled with the SM6 shockmount and pop screen

Rode wasn't content to supply the NT1 with any ordinary shockmount. That's why they came up with the SM6 combination shockmount and pop screen. The entire frame of the SM6 is made from an engineering-grade polymer, which provides excellent stability without much added weight. That makes the NT1 incredibly easy to use with any ordinary microphone stand in your studio. A dual Lyre suspension system offers superior resistance to vibration with none of the drawbacks of conventional rubber-band shockmounts. The SM6's clamp is robust and easy to operate, and the pop filter offers excellent plosive protection.

Reviews

Solid Microphone
This mic is well built. The stand is very durable and I love how the mic threads into the stand. The mic has a great warm and high quality sound. I highly recommend for any podcaster.
Music background: Podcaster
Exceptionally accurate with no noise.
I've had a few mid-grade condensers over the years that do what I thought was an appreciable job. I mainly do vocals with them and acoustic guitars. I ran the NT1 into a Focusrite 18i20 directly so there's no Mic Pre's coloring the frequency curve. I am blown away at how absolutely accurate to your source instrument or vocalist's tone it is. I can't wait to try it against other stringed instruments or in front of a 2x12 guitar cab. It's my favorite purchase of the last 5years.
Music background: Semi-professional musician since 1986, and pro-sumer audio engineer since 2003.
Great sound and quality
My equipment arrived on time. Everything was in great condition. The best part was the customer service. I received a call not long after my purchase, just to check in and make sure I had all the info and that everything was working and in good shape. I also received a follow up call after I received my merchandise. This is a great site for all looking for great products at a great cost. This will definitely be my go to site from now on. Thanks Ryan for your help. You've got a customer for life.
Music background: Voice acting and a little guitar practicing
Great
I'm getting another one they are great
Great Workhorse Mic
I just needed a mic to record vocals in a home studio environment and this thing delivers! I've been using an SM58 previously which is not well suited for my mid-rangy voice. The NT1 makes me sound tolerable and fixable with some EQ! Also works well recording an acoustic guitar with great results even with a flat EQ. Highly recommended!
