Magical MIDI Performance Like Never Before
As Nightfox Audio’s debut MIDI plug-in, Rendition has Sweetwater’s production pros impressed with its groundbreaking performance-programming potential. This powerhouse transforms any DAW track into a multidimensional canvas for MIDI magic — driving chords, arpeggiations, scales, and modifiers that open up bold new ways to write, record, and perform with your favorite virtual instruments. Rendition starts by letting you split your virtual keybed into four custom zones, each assignable to Chord, Arpeggiator, Modifier, or MIDI pass-through modes. That means you can layer multiple performance styles on a single MIDI or instrument track with ease. Add in expansive scale support, diverse arpeggiator patterns, and deep customization of swing, humanization, polyphony, velocity, and input delay, and you’ve got a truly flexible creative engine. Fully mappable, automation-ready, and setlist-capable, Rendition is more than a plug-in — it’s your studio’s next secret weapon for unlocking fresh ideas and expressive performance.
Note: Rendition is compatible with most major DAWs. Please contact your Sweetwater Sales Engineer with any questions regarding compatibility.

Plus, inversions, power chords, suspended chords, and octave spreads are just a handful of the Modifiers that you can apply with full scale-aware processing. Conversely, Chord and Arpeggiator modes can be combined across zones, augmenting your sonic aperture to further command the utmost versatility in your playing. What’s more, when you need the full power of Rendition on the road, the onboard Setlist configurator lets you bank up to 30 presets to access in mere seconds, mitigating the clunkiness of navigating and rearranging in a live setting.
