I'm a beginner...just learning how to play guitar. When I get to use my honey's Stratocaster, Les Paul or PRS this makes all the difference in the world. Love it.....he's jealous :) So lite and easy to take anywhere....

I bought this amplifier to just carry and play around with while I'm out of town and it turned out to be one of the best purchases I've made in a while! This amp has AMAZING sound quality and the effects will keep you interested! Definitely worth a purchase.

Fantastic practice amp

Found that I did not want to lug my pedal board and amp to our new condo in the mountains that we just bought. Needed a practice amp with effects that was small, portable, and laden with extras. Roland, thank you. After much research, liked what I saw so purchased it to fill my condo need. It's all I could wish for-great sound (through both speaker and phones), wonderful effects, aux in/ headphone jacks, and the clincher....battery powered! I could not be happier! Buy this fantastic little amp, you will not be disappointed. Hopefully some day Roland with have an Android app for the i-Cube Link, but I don't really need it as I already have a nice interface module. I am really impressed with Roland quality and sound and will keep an eye on them for future amp needs.

Battery powered mini/micro amps rarely live up to expectations, mostly due to inadequate speakers and lousy features/effects. Most can't even play softly without buzzing and rattling, never mind trying to push the volume to even useable "bedroom" levels. The Roland Micro Cube is an outstanding exception to the rule.I bought this one for my nifty Traveler Guitars Speedster, and I couldn't be happier: Great volume and tone, from rumbling clean lows to crisp clear highs, this marvelous little amp delivers like a champ. The amp models cover an eclectic variety and the FX are all wonderfully useable. Combined with the equally outstanding Line 6 Pocket Pod, I can dial up combinations that have amazed my jaded guitarist friends, all of whom are seasoned musicians. You can't go wrong here. This amp is an absolute steal at the price!Five stars to Roland, Sweetwater, and my sales engineer, Andy Miller!
