My sales engineer Cristian Good has done another fine job of guiding me to the right piece. I want a clean boost pedal that had capability to run off a 9vlt battery as well as typical pedal board power supply as I use this as a stand alone when using my Bose S1 Pro+ or my L16. This works perfect for that and gives really clean non distorted boost. I play acoustic using Fishman and LR Baggs pick ups.

The pedal has worked great for me in many combinations. To make a long story short I haven't been happy with the combination of running my acoustic guitar with K&K pure minis through a LR Baggs PADI so figured I'd be looking for a new preamp to replace it. Just out of curiosity I ran straight from my Martin OM28-V with the K&Ks into the micro amp+ then into a Yamaha THRll30 with the amp set on "Flat". Both are pieces of gear I already own. It sounds great and gives me the flexibility to set volumes for both rhythm and solos. The THR has more than enough amplification for our small group so I'm set!

Very clean boost. Very low (hardly any) noise. The layout suggests it has a 2-band EQ, but it actually can be used as a 3-band EQ: Reducing bass and treble while increasing the gain equals increasing the mids. The three controls are very well tuned and complement each other perfectly. A highly efficient and great sounding boost pedal!

This is a killer boost pedal! What makes it stank out is the EQ section, it makes all the difference! Clean boosts boost all frequencies, bass, mid and treble, there are situations where this can be a bad thing. I use a clean boost after the preamp as a volume boost for leads which works great, but boosting the full range of guitar frequencies in the scenario makes any muddy or harsh frequencies stick out too. The flexible EQ on this pedal fixes that issue, that's why I love it, it's the perfect boost pedal, plenty loud and great tone IMO!

Very happy with this clean boost, adds flexibility and control plus a nice tonal EQ option that just works as it should. Simple, effective, game changer for an analog pedalboard.
