Haven't used Temple boards for very long, but I'm a huge fan of this MOD.
Simple and functional, I've been thrilled to tell FOH guys that all I need is an XLR.

Doesn't affect tone, and the ability to run at 9 or 18volts is a plus. No detectable noise, and ground lift works as expected.

Easy installation into the DUO17 and I will likely be trying the 1/4" THRU jacks to run an onstage amp.

I am thrilled with this DI. I can now run XLR straight to my Focusrite interface or to FOH when playing live. I play mostly for our worship team, and this DI both cleans up my board and gives me an easy option for stereo output. The pad and lift functions are great and make a huge difference to quite up noise when plugging in. Since it's a powered DI it seems to add a bit to the total output, not necessarily changing tone, just evening out the signal a bit. As with all Temple Audio products I am very happy with this mod.
