I've owned a Midas DL32 Stage Box and use it in conjunction with the Midas M32C Mixer and Waves WRC1 Wireless Router in an 8-space rack box for about a year now. It's an incredibly light-weight set up that usually goes along with my Bose F1 Line Array/Subwoofer pairs. Reasonably compact as well, as it all fits in the bed of my 2008 Tundra (short bed) with the tonneau cover closed.

This stage box is well-built, but also extremely lightweight for what it contains (32 inputs, 32 preamps, and 16 outputs). All of the inputs have press-in locks, so you don't have to worry about cable snags unplugging stuff. It's also fairly shallow, so it won't take up a ton of space in your rack box. The pre-amps sound great; I've included a YouTube link to a live recording we made with this board/stage box combo so you can get an idea of the audio quality (we had good mics too, so that helps).

All in all, if you need lots of channels for your band (or want to run 2-3 bands backlining the same gig) and portability is important, this thing is perfect.

Love the Midas DL32, much better noise floor than the Behringer S32.

i recently install a Midas DL32 stage box, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish.
With zero issues in connectivity or latency.
ive done around 25-30 DL32 installations and never had a customer complaint nor malfunctions

The band I work with was using (4) SD8 stage boxes daisy chained together. It's cool and convenient but the quality of sound with the SD8's was bright and very unclear in the mid-range. Fast forward to the DL32. Instantly warmer sound, more lows and low-mids are retained. Clearer mid-range and overall less harsh. Would recommend - skip the S series all together. Can't wait to upgrade again to the DL251.

This box has performed well after a year of touring. I have an X32 Monitor Mixer and M32 for FOH. This makes the connections easy between both mixers with a cat 5. Seamless transitions between the boards.
