Bass-wise, the L/R X is just as impressive. Front-facing and downward-firing 5-inch woofers, fortified by dual 6-inch passive radiators, churn out thunderous low end down to a subterranean 35Hz with zero distortion. When we auditioned the L/R X here at Sweetwater, we found the bass response to be ample and authoritative, but if you crave maximum low-frequency capability, the L/R X also includes a dedicated Sub Out jack.
