Gorgeous-sounding Zildjian Ride

The Zildjian K Constantinople 20" Ride cymbal gives your kit a no-nonsense accent. Dark and warm, the K Constantinople 20" Ride conjures the sound of the Zildjians made in Turkey in the first half of the twentieth century. The classic "Old K" dry overtones are there, along with a silky-smooth decay (a sound favored by legendary bebop-era vanguard drummers such as Elvin Jones). Hand-lathed by skilled artisans, the K Constantinoples retain pits and other surface impurities that modern finishing processes remove. The result? Pure tone. You want distinctive? The Zildjian K Constantinople Ride is a sure bet.

Zildjian K Constantinople 20" Ride Cymbal Features at a Glance:

  • Fabulous vintage feel

  • Dark, warm, lush sound
  • Hand-lathed by skilled artisans using old-style cutting tools

It works fo me
Great cymbal. Versatile, beautiful tones, not over powering. Mixes well in recordings. Right now, i play jazz, country, and r-b and it does great in all. Im very pleased with this cymbal. Great crash too. I have several constantinople rides and between the two of them, im covered. Would like to try hi hats next

Ask any drummer at Sweetwater, and chances are, we'll tell you that Zildjian represents the gold - or rather bronze - standard in cymbal making. Seriously, Avedis Zildjian may have been trying to make gold, but he did even better when he formulated what's arguably the best cymbal material on the planet. We've played virtually every type of Zildjian cymbal out there, and you won't find anyone at Sweetwater who wouldn't happily recommend their instruments to you, plus their sticks and other accessories are also pretty sweet. Whether you're grabbing your first S or Planet Z pack or have saved up for the A or K series cymbals you've always wanted, Sweetwater is your source for all things Zildjian.
