Make Your Mic Clips Stay Put!

Latch Lake Jam Nuts make sure your mic clip is securely tightened to the stand, giving you peace of mind and top performance from your equipment. This package of three Jam Nuts replaces the skinny little knurled nut that tightens up against your mic clip with a much more substantial nut that's easy to tighten (even for weak hands). Don't settle for wimpy ring nuts that can be hard to reach and harder to tighten - keep your mic in place with Jam Nuts!

Latch Lake Jam Nuts Mic Clip Retainer Nuts Features:
  • Large, heavy-duty design
  • Color: black
  • Easy to tighten
  • Three Jam Nuts per package
Latch Lake Jam Nuts keep your microphone clip on tight!

Jam nuts make a difference

The jam nuts that come standard on any mic stand are too thin and usually are just ignored. These extra large Jamm Nuts will be invaluable additions to your mic stands . They offer a larger surface to grab and removing mic clips will now be much easier. Try them , you will buy one for every mic stand in your equipment locker.

They're Jam Nuts

The "jumbo-sized" Latch Lake Jam nuts work as intended to lock the position of mic clips on a mic stand or stereo bar. They are large enough to grip tightly so you won't need a pliers to lock your mics. I've given them a 3.5-star instead of 5-star rating because of the stamped labeling pressed into the jam-nuts. It causes the surface to be unevenly "raised" which makes for less secure and somewhat uneven locking. These would work much better if Latch Lake either ground the surface flat after stamping or engraved their labeling rather then using poor-quality stamping.

Seems simple enough

But one out of three had boogered threads that wouldn't screw on to any of my mic stands. At $3 a pop for essentially a thick washer that has been tapped the QC could be better.
