The EG offers fine-tuned ADSR controls, and features an additional Hold setting that extends the time keys are held down. One also has portamento with a custom algorithm that juices your playing with enhanced expression. Featuring FabFilter's Smart Parameter Interpolation, One deals with all parameter changes at sample accuracy for smooth, responsive transitions, and you can use it with arbitrary sample rates. What you don't get are irksome digital clicks and zippering - even MIDI controller changes are handled smoothly. All-in, you'd be hard pressed to find a better soft synth value than FabFilter One.
