A Multi-FX Pedal Liberated by Your Creativity
Polyend’s Endless is a bold departure from traditional stompboxes, offering a platform-style effects pedal as flexible and expansive as your imagination. Right out of the box, you gain access to the Plates community, an ever-growing library of Polyend- and community-designed effects, all of which you can download to your pedal for free. But that’s only the beginning. Endless’s Playground generative AI system uses text-based prompts and pre-purchased tokens to help you audition, refine, and deploy effects built from your own machinations. This text-driven workflow is complemented by an open-source option for programmers, where advanced users can build effects from scratch using Polyend’s GitHub SDK. With its rugged aluminum construction, swappable faceplates, USB‑C connectivity, and built‑in expandability, Endless may look like any other pedal, but it behaves like an ever‑growing effects ecosystem. Finally, Endless comes preloaded with the Endless Delay effect and includes a matching custom metal faceplate.

Playground: An endless array of FX possibilities
Behind Endless’s ever-expanding library is Polyend’s Playground system, where new effects are created, refined, and shared. Playground lets users generate original effects using plain-text descriptions. Each Endless pedal includes $20 in starter tokens, which are used with Playground’s generative AI to build and fine-tune your effects through guided iterations before committing to a final version.
With Polyend's AI-powered Playground, if you can articulate it, you can make it. Examples of currently available effects that were generated using the Playground include:
- Tessera — transforms a signal into microlooping arpeggios
- Tape Scanner — warm, gritty, lo-fi tape delay
- VHS LoFi — VHS Emulation from fresh tapes to dusty old VHS
- Memory Cloud — a field of grains that can be reversed, randomized, and morphed from delay to reverb
- 65’ Sparkle — an amp simulation, a bit of drive makes the cat inside purr
Finally, Endless comes preloaded with the aptly named Endless Delay effect, which is a freezable delay that you can repeat endlessly without breakup. Moreover, you get a custom metal faceplate designed specifically for the Endless Delay effect.

Plates: A fully supported FX community
Once you’ve finalized an effect, you can upload and share it freely within the Plates community, where it exists alongside official Polyend and other user-created effects available to download at no additional cost. For programmers and power users, an open-source GitHub SDK provides a pathway to code your own effects from scratch and upload them to Plates just as easily. With the platform’s focus on community, players can download, play with, and refine user-designed effects as the library grows, making Endless both collaborative and customizable.
A canvas for your imagination
Endless serves as a blank canvas that adapts to your ideas without limiting your creativity. Sweetwater tone enthusiasts discovered that Endless works with any instrument you connect, whether you’re shaping tones for guitar, keyboards, synths, or experimental setups. It allows you to create or load everything from classic flavors like drives, delays, and modulation to experimental textures that take your sound into new sonic territories. The Endless itself exists well beyond traditional pedal design, with a flexible stereo 48 kHz/24-bit signal path, a triad of user-defined knobs, dual assignable footswitches, and configurable I/O for Stereo, Mono, and Mono-to-stereo functionality. The real appeal of Endless isn’t just what it does today, but how it grows with you over time, inviting exploration, discovery, and personal expression every time you plug in.
