Make Your Synth Dreams Come True
Waves' Element 2.0 software synth generates the sound of the analog classics and serves it up fat, punchy, and dimensional. This polyphonic subtractive synthesizer gives you everything you need to craft killer patches: two main oscillators, noise and sub oscillators, oscillator sync, a voltage-controlled filter switchable between highpass and lowpass, four LFOs, and four ADSR envelopes. Waves also equipped Element 2.0 with an onboard effects engine, 4-band EQ, and a 16-step arpeggiator/sequencer. That's a lot of sound-design power, yet Element 2.0 is simple and intuitive to use. From searing leads and gargantuan basses to glorious celestial pads, Element 2.0 is the genie that will make your analog synth dreams come true.

Powerful, but lets you manage your CPU powerFrom our perspective at Sweetwater, virtual-analog synths have come a long way - courtesy of modern analog modeling technology. Back in the hardware realm, pristine oscillators were costly to design and manufacture, while cheaper, "dirty" ones found their way into the more affordable synthesizers of the day. That relationship is flipped around in today's digital universe: it takes more computing power to re-create the dirt. Enter Waves' Element 2.0: it's got the goods to deliver deliciously filthy sounds - while it helps you manage your CPU juice by letting you select your maximum number of voices.
