Active Ceramic PJ Bass Pickups

Awesome, no hum, great tones, easy solder free installation!! Good stuff!!

Usual with EMG, but Sweetwater DELIVERED!!!

Bought this EMG set for a bass I was "bringing back to life". Again, I was fully aware of EMG's sound, clarity, power, & the ease of the solderless connections. This is more of a "Thank You" to my Sales Rep., Derek Senestraro, and Marty in the Guitar Tech Dept. I ordered the set in Jan, but didn't get the bass back from FL till a few months later. When I did install the pickups, I was having audio issues. They worked WITH me, unlike the other online sites. So, in the end, I sent my set back for a brand new set, at NO cost to me, and they work great in this bass, and couldn't be happier(well, maybe if I put in an order for a BTC control). Thanks again, Sweetwater! I WILL be buying from you always, an promoting your business to everyone and anyone!!!

The classic setup done right

The P-J setup without the J pickup single coil noise, quiet, and lots of signal. Lots of people use this setup, most notably Vic Wooten. Great opportunities to do the bridge pickup J thing without the nightmares in the typical hum and noise fields from hell which are the church worship gig stage to most clubs. You've got the P-Bass thing and J bridge thing covered which covers such spectrum of music you could survive being a one bass person.
